Where Eneva Operates
Our team is spread across three regions of Brazil, working in our administrative offices and power plants.
Amazonas (AM) and Roraima (RR)
- Amazon and Solimões Basins: Natural gas exploration fields for regional energy development.
- Azulão Complex and Azulão-Jaguatirica Integrated Project: Two thermal power projects under construction, along with extraction, production, treatment, and liquefaction of natural gas at the Azulão Field, with LNG (liquefied natural gas) transported by road to the Jaguatirica II power plant in Boa Vista, Roraima.
Pará (PA)
- Administrative Office in Belém: Responsible for regional management, focusing on commercial operations.
Maranhão (MA)
- Parnaíba Complex: A group of natural gas-fired thermal power plants supplying energy to the National Interconnected System.
- Itaqui Power Plant: Coal-fired, part of the North and Northeast subsystem, strategically located near Maranhão’s port area.
- Parnaíba Basin: Area with eleven natural gas fields for exploration and production to supply the Parnaíba Complex.
Ceará (CE)
- Pecém II Power Plant: Coal-fired thermal plant contributing to the energy matrix.
- Termofortaleza Power Plant: Strategically located to ensure energy supply.
- Tauá Solar Project: Two-phase solar project expanding to meet growing energy demand.
Bahia (BA)
- Futura Complex: Solar power generation, one of the largest solar parks in Latin America.
Sergipe (SE)
- Hub Sergipe Power Plant: Brazil’s largest thermal power generation capacity.
- FSRU (Floating Storage Regasification Unit): Storage and regasification capacity of 21 million cubic meters of gas per day, supplying the region and powering Hub Sergipe.
São Paulo (SP)
- São Paulo Office: Focused on gas and energy trading operations.
Rio de Janeiro (RJ)
- Headquarters: Eneva’s central office, coordinating national operations and strategies, and housing support and operational teams.
Espírito Santo (ES)
- Viana, Povoação, and Linhares: Thermal power plants with a combined installed capacity of over 500 MW.
