People and Relationships

The people and relationships pillar covers and connects to all the other pillars of sustainability at Eneva. the goal is to guarantee a dialogue and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders of the company, particularly focused on the states of Amazonas, Ceará, Maranhã, Roraima and Rio de Janeiro.

The actions developed should promote the culture of human value and respect of the value chain at Eneva. A relevant theme running throughout, the spotlight should be on generating a positive value for staff members, clients, suppliers, and for society in the areas in which the company operates.

Internal Stakeholders

  • Structuring the process of dealing with and the feedback on Any points raised in the climate research;
  • Defining the schedule for actions of engagement on sustainability for the internal stakeholders and subcontractors;
  • Inclusion of sustainability in both internal and external communication releases and communication of the position on sustainability both within and without the company;
  • Carrying out an internal campaign to disclose the sustainability report, reflecting on material themes;
  • Developing a Policy of Diversity, Inclusion and Human Value;
  • DMaintaining and extending the Quality of Life Program.

 

External Stakeholders

  • Strengthening the current channels of communication (0800)s;
  • Strengthening the strategies of digital communication between the various stakeholders identified;
  • Obtaining feedback on the listening process;
  • Creating a program to fight against and prevent the sexual exploitation of children and teenagers throughout the lifetime of operations, with periodic reinforcement when new facilities are set up.
