Structure

The structure of corporate governance at Eneva S.A. incorporates strong decision-making processes and mechanisms that guarantee agility, efficiency and quality. This model represents the constant search for improvement of current practices and, consequently, egalitarian treatment of its shareholders.

Graduated from PUC-RJ with an undergraduate degree and post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering from, with a Masters in Project Management for Development of Oil and Gas from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland

Code of Conduct

In our code of conduct we make it quite clear how important principled and ethical behavior is when carrying out activities at Eneva. The code is a document that guides personal and professional conduct of our administrators and employees, and governs our relationship with society. Within it can be found, amongst other subjects:

Eneva’s Whistleblower Hotline is independently managed by Contato Seguro, who guarantees anonymity and full confidentiality of information.

Eneva’s Whistleblower Hotline is available for all stakeholders and the general public. The objective is to offer a secure line that guarantees user’s anonymity so that they can report conduct that is contrary to our code and to the law.

If you learn about any act which goes against the Code of Conduct, the Law or Eneva’s Policy of Integrity, You can make an anonymous and confidential report through one of the channels on the left.

Compliance Commission

The Compliance Commission at Eneva was created to disseminate the Code of Conduct and make sure that its values and principles are followed, including the clearing up of doubts, the correct interpretation of its provisions and the investigation and monitoring of all cases that violate ethical norms.

The commission is made up of representatives from Corporate Services, Legal, Operations and Compliance

We are strongly engaged in fighting any dishonest or corrupt practice, rejecting any and all forms of corruption, fraud, bribery, favoritism, immoral influence, extortion, kickbacks and any illicit act that contravenes the laws and regulations of the company, whether with our internal relationships or with suppliers, partners and public authorities.
